Research And Application The Evaluation Of Trademark Right Value

In the 21 st century,the world's economic and trade competition is more and more fierce.The pattern of social and economic development has changed from the traditional economic and trade competition to the competition of various intangible assets and intellectual property rights.Intangible assets such as trademark right,patent right and copyright have played an increasingly important role in the development of society.As an intangible asset,trademark right will play an important role in the development of enterprises.This paper studies the value of trademark right from the theory and evaluation method of trademark right.The research of trademark right theory mainly starts from the value theory and divides the value of trademark right into the initial value of trademark right and the economic use value of trademark right.The evaluation method of trademark right mainly divides the value of trademark right into financial value and expansion value based on Inter brand evaluation model.The financial value of the trademark right is an improvement of the income method.The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to share the excess income of the trademark right.The expanded value of trademark right is based on the evaluation of brand value by Inter brand evaluation model.The valuation of intangible assets is largely based on a concept of future earnings,with many uncertainties.This paper starts from two aspects: first,the value of trademark right is calculated based on Inter brand evaluation model;Secondly,from the perspective of the value composition of the trademark right,a two-factor model is constructed to correct the value of the trademark right,so as to make the result more accurate and more consistent with the real price of the practical evaluation.The value evaluation of trademark right is an important part of intangible assets evaluation and plays an important role in accelerating the development of China's asset evaluation.
