Project schedule management is the most impotant in project management, the key of do project management is to develop a reasonable project schedule and effectively control the execution. In the modern project cycle is long, involve personnel and the influencing factors of the complex project, the project management will directly affect the final project success. A project's delay, related to the whole supply chain will be affected by other plans and needs change, so the stability of the project schedule management should be more feasible, and more and more high uncertainty, these demands, the traditional project schedule management methods in the implementation of the project by the guidance in.This paper analyzes the defects of the traditional methods of project schedule management in system, make up for the deficiencies of traditional and schedule management method based on project schedule management, put forward to use the key chain, this technique can significantly improve the project schedule effectively and stability, and the development of application of critical chain project management software the progress of the project management system.Based on the application of critical chain in the project schedule management, the critical chain priority rule-based heuristic based on the progress of project, and use a new method to calculate the amount of buffer to solve the specific problems in the application process of the key chain.In this paper, the core idea of critical chain is realized by the computer, so that the idea can be more easy to use modern project management staff, can be used directly by the tools and practice of the management of the project. The technique can be applied and spread widely into reality.
