Evaluation Of Railway Freight Transportation Service Quality Based On Rough Set Theory

Since the promulgation and implementation of transportation "twelfth five-year"development planning,highway,aviation,water transport and other transport modes are obtained the swift and violent development,modern logistics industry is also rapid rise to become a new industry,and gradually entered the white-hot competition in the field of transportation.Rail freight market share,however,has declined year by year,railway freight volume also entered a negative growth phase.China railway corporation in 2013 to increase the volume and market share,within the scope of the national railway carried out reform of railway freight,reform centering on improving the quality of rail freight services in full swing.Therefore,how to make an objective and accurate rail freight services evaluation to find out the weak links existing in the service and the important influence factors of improving freight transportation service quality is the first premise of deepening the reform of railway freight.This paper is based on the SERVQUAL evaluation method for reference and combines with the present situation of railway freight service,construct the railway freight service quality evaluation index system including the tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy,five primary dimensions and 25 items secondary concrete evaluation indices,designs the questionnaire including both perceptual and importance evaluation.Through the investigation in Shenyang Railway Bureau Dalian railway freight center and obtain the relevant data,on the basis of the rough set theory algorithm and the Rosetta software for processing of the attribute reduction and rule generation on the collected data,respectivelyfrom the two perspectives of individual dimensions and the overall evaluation to select the key evaluation indices in the evaluation index system of perception and importance,finding out core indices in the process of improving railway freight service quality by roughsetattribute importance weights calculation.Finally,according to the results of the analysis on core indices,put forward the corresponding improvement measures of the present railway freight service quality.
