In recent years,with the acceleration of urban modernization in China,the number of all kinds of buildings is growing rapidly,but various bridge safety problems also arise.After structural damage,if it is not timely warned,it is likely to cause major safety accidents.Therefore,the establishment of a reliable structural safety monitoring system will increase the service life of the structure and reduce the loss of life and property of the state and people Of great significance.Structural displacement monitoring is an important part of structural safety monitoring,which can directly reflect whether the structural deformation is beyond its safety allowable range.This paper investigates and studies the current situation of structural displacement monitoring using digital image processing technology,and proposes an algorithm of structural displacement monitoring based on digital image processing.This algorithm includes 8 modules:system calibration,image capture,color conversion,image denoising,image enhancement,background simplification,feature recognition and displacement calculation.In terms of computational complexity,the computational complexity of this algorithm is greatly reduced compared with most of the structural displacement monitoring algorithms using digital image correlation technology;in terms of robustness.this algorithm can still monitor displacement when the monitoring target is slightly polluted;in terms of adaptability,this algorithm can automatically detect the number of monitoring targets;in terms of accuracy,the pixel precision of this algorithm in MATLAB simulation is 0.1 pixel level.In view of the above research algorithm,this paper uses C++language and OpenCV tool to realize this displacement monitoring algorithm,and purchases German Basler industrial camera kit to build a real-time displacement monitoring system through USB serial port connection.This monitoring system includes three parts:system calibration,initial position collection and real-time transmission system,which can realize real-time image collection and real-time processing,and complete the processing The resulting image is discarded at any time,which does not occupy the system memory and only retains simple displacement monitoring data.The displacement data generated by the monitoring will be stored in MySQL database in real time,and the displacement data stored in the database will be read by the structural health monitoring and display system,so as to realize the function of real-time display and archiving in the system.Finally,through the design of the rotary table experiment,the monitoring error of the displacement monitoring system is 3 mm under the 10 m monitoring distance.
