With the development of economy,people's demand for electric power is increasing,and energy conservation and loss reduction are gradually highly valued by enterprises and governments.The line loss rate directly affects the economic benefit of power supply enterprises,and also reflects the basic management level of power supply enterprises,so it is very important to strengthen the line loss management and improve the measures to reduce the loss.With the development of the power network,the distribution network equipment distribution range continues to expand,high line loss is getting worse,distribution network loss as the main component of the power network loss,is becoming more and more difficult to manage.With the continuous deepening of smart grid construction and the comprehensive coverage of smart electricity meters,although real-time monitoring of line loss rate of distribution network has been achieved,there are still various deficiencies in line loss management of power supply companies,such issues as three phase imbalance in distribution area and large power supply radius.Taking zaozhuang company as the research sample,this paper conducts analysis and research on loss reduction measures based on its distribution network operation and existing problems.The specific work contents and results are as follows:(1)By comparing several calculation methods of theoretical line loss of low-voltage distribution network,the equivalent resistance method with high accuracy is determined to calculate the line loss of the station area.Combined with the characteristics of Zaozhuang power grid and the data available for the system,improving some variables in the formula of equivalent resistance method.By calculating the line loss of some stations,the accuracy and applicability of the improved equivalent resistance method are verified.(2)By comparing with the equivalent resistance method,the forward and backward method is used to calculate the line loss of 10kV distribution line,and the method is improved.Combined with an example,verifying the accuracy of forward and backward power flow method in calculating the theoretical line loss of distribution lines.(3)Line loss management system,makes effective use of Marketing business application system,electricity information acquisition system,Production Management System(PMS)and Geographic Information System(GIS)data.Taking advantage of this feature,applying the method and flow of line loss calculation to the system,an efficient tool for theoretical line loss calculation of distribution network is generated,and theoretical calculation is carried out,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of theoretical line loss calculation.(4)Based on the comparison and analysis of the accurate theoretical line loss calculation results and the line loss rate in the same period,this paper sums up some problems existing in Zaozhuang's loss reduction work.According to the operation status and existing problems of distribution network in Zaozhuang company,detailed loss reduction measures are formulated,and the theoretical line loss calculation tool of distribution network is fully used to verify the effect of loss reduction measures of distribution networkFinally,combined with the actual situation of distribution lines and low-voltage stations in Zaozhuang area,the proposed loss reduction methods mainly include increase the proportion of low energy consumption transformer,increase conductor cross section,optimize the operation mode of distribution network,optimize the reactive power compensation mode and reduce the three-phase load imbalance in the substation area.These measures provide effective theoretical basis and technical support for the next loss reduction of Zaozhuang company.By implementing the technical and management loss reduction measures proposed in this paper,Zaozhuang distribution network loss reduction work has achieved good results,the comprehensive line loss rate has significantly decreased,and the line loss management index has significantly increased in the same period,thus verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the loss reduction measures proposed in this paper.
