As an indispensable and important bearing component in the industry,steel wire rope is widely used in practical life,and the safe use of steel wire rope has become a problem with high social and economic benefits.Existing elevator magnetic detection probe equipment not only has a large volume,but usually can only detect obvious broken wires or cross-sectional area defects.And because of the large number of sensors and the lack of scientific design of the excitation device,the detection accuracy of the wire rope is not high,which affect the prediction of the health status of the steel wire rope.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a portable elevator magnetic wire rope magnetic detection probe with higher detection efficiency for the realization of the magnetic leakage detection method.First,this article studies the distribution characteristics of the leakage magnetic field near the broken wire,and discuss the relationship between the lift-off distance and the width of the broken wire and the leakage magnetic field signal,to determine the positional relationship between the Hall element and the surface of the wire rope.At the same time,this article discusses the effect of different magnetic concentrators on the collection of leakage magnetic field signals,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the detection device of the probe.Secondly,this paper explores the design of the relevant parameters of the excitation device,and compares the magnetic field distribution of different strip-shaped permanent magnets,as well as to simulate the excitation effect of single magnetic bridge circuit and double magnetic bridge circuit excitation.And study the influence of the permanent magnet space position on the excitation to obtain the optimal excitation mode,to provide the best solution for the excitation device design of the probe.Finally,based on the above simulation optimization and design results,this article combines the working characteristics of the steel wire rope to design and make a magnetic detection probe,which is connected to the acquisition system and the host computer to form a wire rope detection system.And through the actual wire rope broken wire defect detection test,including the detection of different broken wire numbers,broken wire space position and broken width,this article compares with simulation results to evaluate the detection performance of the probe.The test results show that after a series of optimization and improvement,the steel wire rope magnetic detection probe has a better detection effect and portability.
