In today's society,with the rapid development of the power industry,the problem of insufficient or excessive maintenance has been gradually exposed by the planned maintenance and post maintenance mode of power generation equipment for a long time.The maintenance mode is changing to the advanced reliability maintenance mode.The soot blower and boiler steam water system are two kinds of equipment with very different failure rate in the power generation equipment.The maintenance decision-making of the two kinds of equipment is studied by using reliability centered maintenance(RCM)theory,and the maintenance decision support system is developed according to the research content to make the operation of the soot blower and boiler steam water system stable for a long time.Reliability centered maintenance(RCM)includes failure mode,FMECA analysis,reliability analysis and maintenance strategy formulation.Firstly,the failure mode,influence and harm(FMECA)of soot blower are analyzed.AHP is applied to evaluate the importance of the components of the soot blower and determine the important components of the soot blower.FMECA analysis is carried out for important components,and grey correlation method is used for hazard analysis to improve the accuracy of equipment risk analysis.In the reliability analysis of soot blower,firstly,the life distribution fitting test is carried out for the fault data of soot blower,and the Weibull distribution model is used to analyze the reliability of soot blower.Then,the reliability of soot blower is analyzed by using exponential distribution model and normal distribution model.The reliability analysis results of Weibull distribution,exponential distribution and normal distribution are compared,and the Weibull distribution is suitable for the reliability analysis of soot blower.The reliability analysis of boiler steam water system is based on the failure free data obtained by Monte Carlo simulation.The reliability analysis of boiler steam water system is carried out by using the confidence limit method of Weibull distribution,exponential distribution,lognormal distribution and three kinds of life distribution.The results of Weibull distribution,exponential distribution and lognormal distribution are analyzed,and the reliability analysis of boiler steam water system is obtained when the shape parameters of Weibull distribution are known.According to the change of reliability at different time points of soot blower and boiler steam water system,reliability is introduced into condition based maintenance decision-making to form condition based maintenance decision-making under time-varying reliability.Because the maintenance of equipment needs accurate quantity of spare parts,the spare parts model is introduced.Therefore,the maintenance cycle,maintenance times and quantity of spare parts of the equipment are obtained.Finally,the maintenance management support system is developed.
