With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the pace of resource development and transportation infrastructure construction continues to accelerate.In the fields of mining,water conservancy and hydropower,highway,railway and other engineering,the number of underground engineering construction projects is increasing.The continuous drainage of groundwater by the mine also causes secondary disasters such as surface collapse,farmland damage,water source depletion,etc.In the process of underground tunnel excavation,if encountering the area rich in groundwater,especially in karst area,the excavation is often blocked,which consumes a lot of time,labor,materials and equipment,and even causes tunnel collapse and engineering failure.The control of sudden water disaster in karst area has become a key problem restricting the safety construction of underground engineering.In this paper,in view of the karst pipeline type water inrush blocking material and technical problems,and in close combination with engineering practice,a super high expansion polymer grouting material(WIS-1)is developed,which is suitable for the karst pipeline type water inrush blocking.This material has the advantages of over 300 times expansion rate,environmental protection and non-toxic.In this paper,the change of expansion parameters of new grouting materials under static water and the law of migration and expansion under dynamic water conditions are studied,the mechanism of water inrush sealing of ultra-high expansion materials is systematically analyzed,and the engineering application research is carried out,and a series of original research results are obtained.(1)According to the relationship between the structure and properties of polymers,a new type of swelling grouting material wis-1,which can be used to block water inrush in Karst pipeline,has been developed from the composition,molecular structure and physical structure of polymers.(2)Design and build a visualized karst pipeline type water inrush simulation device and a super large karst pipeline type water inrush simulation device.The excellent plugging effect of WIS-1 material is verified,and the migration process of particles in water is revealed.The expansion mechanical process of wis-1 in still water,the lateral stress on the pipe wall caused by the expansion material under different water absorption ratio and particle size were studied.Provide reference for construction design.(3)Based on the above research results,relying on the field test of disaster control of typical projects,the paper designs the technology of water inrush grouting and sealing reinforcement,and puts forward a new strategy of water inrush treatment.The wis-1 slurry is used to change the karst water inrush from dynamic to static,and then the ordinary cement slurry is used to realize the stable reinforcement of the ground layer,verify and optimize the research results of this project,so as to provide science for engineering practice Guidance.
