Water hydraulic pump is the core power component of water hydraulic system:Because of the low viscosity and poor lubrication characteristics of water,the leakage,friction and wear of water hydraulic pump are more prominent than that of oil pump:The linear drive plunger pump eliminates the rotating linear motion transformation mechanisin,so it reduces the number of friction pairs,improves the stress condition,and simplifies the structure of the plunger pump.Collaborative distribution solve the problem that when the reciprocating frequency of the plunger increases,the response of the valve core lags behind,and the flow of the plunger pump drops.Voice coil motor has the characteristics of fast response,high precision and high frequency response,so it is suitable for the situation of high reciprocating frequency and accurate position of plunger in collaborative distribution.In addition,the flow can be adjusted by adjusting the amplitude and frequency of motion.In this paper,a kind of piston pump driven by voice coil motor is designed.The operation principle of the piston pump is analyzed,the motion mode is planned,and the theoretical model of the output flow is obtained.The structure of the plunger pump is designed,the stress analysis,leakage analysis,strength and contact analysis of the plunger are carried out,the leakage model of the plunger pump is obtained,and the strength of the plunger meets the requirements.The whole model of plunger pump is established by AMESim,and the feasibility of plunger pump is proved by simulation.The relationship between the output characteristics of the plunger pump and the clearance,eccentricity,initial contact length,tilt and cover of the plunger pair under the two kinds of plunger pump structures is simulated,and the structural parameters of the plunger pump are determined.The relationship between the amplitude,frequency and phase of the double motor and the output characteristics of the plunger pump is simulated,and the reasonable motor motion parameters are obtained.A kind of motion curve which accords with the cubic polynomial is designed.It is verified that the flow pulsation of the plunger pump is almost zero under the motion curve.Using the Simulink module of Matlab to set up the control simulation model of the motor,simulate the different control loops,and get the reasonable closed-loop control scheme of the motor.The motor motion control test-bed is set up,the sine response test is carried out,and the closed-loop control characteristics of the motor are obtained.Set up the test-bed of the plunger pump,carry out the test of the plunger pump,and get the flow characteristics of the plunger pump.
