Compared with the traditional petrochemical energy,nuclear energy has the characteristics of clean and efficient,low operating cost and seamless power supply,which is one of the main directions of energy development in the future.In the post Fukushima era,the development of nuclear power is still a very controversial topic,and the "proximity effect" is one of the main obstacles on the road of nuclear power development.In the process of nuclear power plant construction,the public may have different psychology to the nuclear power plant due to the risk of nuclear accident brought by the nuclear power plant project,so as to make different decisions.These decisions made by the public either support the construction of nuclear power plant or oppose the construction of nuclear power plant,so we can quantify the public's decision on nuclear power through the public's awareness of the risk of nuclear power accident So the cost of risk recognition.Based on the study of the public awareness of nuclear accident risk at home and abroad and the cost quantification model,this paper introduces the basic principles and main models of the cost quantification of nuclear accident risk cognition,and divides the public into the public and residents.The research object of this paper is 1204 public questionnaires about nuclear power,and the empirical analysis is carried out from the perspective of different regions.Then,the cost quantitative model of nuclear power accident risk cognition is used to calculate the cost of public nuclear power accident risk cognition in different regions.In terms of the final calculated cost,first,the risk cognitive cost of residents in both non-specific and nuclear related areas is higher than that of the public.Second,under the same conditions,the risk cognitive cost of nuclear power accident in the nuclear area is higher than that in the non specific area,but for residents,the risk cognitive cost of residents in the nuclear area is lower than that in the non specific area.Third,a higher risk perception of nuclear power accidents will result in a higher risk perception cost.Finally,because reducing the cognition of nuclear accident risk can reduce the cognition cost of nuclear accident risk,on the basis of studying the influence on the cognition of nuclear accident risk,it is found that gender,age,education and income will affect the public's cognition of nuclear accident risk in different situations.Therefore,the government or nuclear power company should carry out targeted publicity in the construction of nuclear power plant,especially It is aimed at different ages,different genders of propaganda can effectively reduce the risk of nuclear power accidents.In addition,to build a platform for nuclear power information and risk release,establish a public opinion guidance system,improve the public reliability of nuclear power enterprises and the government,and strengthen the publicity of nuclear power knowledge,these measures can reduce the public awareness of nuclear power accident risk and reduce the cost of nuclear power accident risk awareness.
