At present,China Railway Express is a point-to-point direct operation mode.Most of the nodes cannot organize the goods as soon as possible due to the shortage of goods,resulting in the failure of normal operation of the train.In addition,due to the lack of unified planning,the routes of China Railway Express to the same destination of each node are repeated,resulting in the waste of railway transportation capacity and high transportation cost due to the low load rate.Many node operations generally suffer losses and rely on financial subsidies from local governments to maintain operations.Therefore,the key problem of China Railway Express is how to analyze and optimize the logistics network structure of domestic source nodes of China Railway Express,build a reasonable transportation organization mode,improve the loading rate of the train and reduce the duplication of routes,and ensure the future market-oriented operation of the train needs further research to reduce the transportation cost of the train,and ensure the sustainable operation of the train after the cancellation of subsidies.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current operation situation of China Railway Express from the aspects of the operation situation and operation mechanism,summarizes the problems existing in the development process of China Railway Express,compares the operation process of direct transportation mode and transit transportation mode,and puts forward the optimization of hub layout under the transit freight collection mode.Secondly,it constructs the evaluation index system and model of node importance,analyzes whether the nodes in the evaluation network have the necessary conditions to become hub nodes,and selects regional alternative hub nodes according to the evaluation score results.Finally,the idea of robust optimization is applied to the location of China Railway Express hub,and the robust optimization model of China Railway Express location under uncertain demand is constructed with the minimum total cost of logistics system as the optimization objective.From the optimization results,Tianjin,Zhengzhou,Chengdu,Wuhan and Suzhou are selected as the transit hub nodes of China Railway Express logistics network.The five selected hub nodes are reasonably distributed,which can form a hub layout covering China Europe train domestic logistics network.The research results of this paper have some practical significance in improving the existing problems of China Railway Express,promoting the reasonable layout planning of China Railway Express domestic node logistics network,reducing the transportation cost of China Railway Express logistics network and promoting the sustainable development of China Railway Express.
