With the fast and furious development of global economy and the continually increasing demand in transportation industry,the port's throughput has soared,which also resulting in the increase of container volume accordingly.The highly demanding of import and export cargo throughput has not only brought tremendous economic benefits,but also higher requirements to the software and hardware of container terminals.Container Terminal is the central hub for maritime and land transport,the heart and central location to ship cargo transfer,and the most important part of the logistics.Therefore,whether the resources of container terminal can be fully utilized,different operations and production resources can be coordinated is the key to ensure the smooth operation of the container terminal and the fully used resources.Berths and quay cranes(QCs)are the two most important resources of container terminals,and their rational allocation and use is an important way to improve the efficiency of container terminal operation.In the practice of port operations,water depth at berth might restrict the mooring of vessels since berth water depth.had to match the draft of vessels.This paper considers container ships of various types with different draught requirements,and constrains the water depth of the port during any,berthing operation to meet the ship's draught requirements.Aiming at the minimum total time of all container ships in the planned period,a joint optimization model of continuous berth assignment and quay bridge assignment considering the influence of tide is constructed.The complexity of the problem is considered According to the characteristics of the problem,an.adaptive neighborhood search algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The experimental results show that the algorithm has good convergence,In addition,the results show that if applied to the actual operation of the terminal,the total time in port of berth and quay bridge allocation scheme in this paper is significantly reduced compared with the total time in port of the corresponding ship when the ship draft requirements are not considered,which verifies the significance of this study.This paper can provide useful reference for berth assignment and quay bridge assignment in the actual operation of container terminal,and has strong theoretical and application value.
