It is of great significance to study the method of state assessment of ship energy efficiency to improve ship operation economy.Ship.model of energy consumption optimization to improve the accuracy of ship energy efficiency assessment,in order to improve the precision of the model of energy consumption,this article mentioned from relationship between sailing condition judgment,curve fitting and differential evolution algorithm to improve the energy consumption model,studies the ship energy efficiency optimization method based on improved energy consumption model,the precision of prediction of high fuel consumption,providing theoretical basis for subsequent energy efficiency evaluation methods,evaluation results can provide auxiliary for sailing the personnel on duty of management of energy efficiency policy recommendations.First of all,based on the ship operation record of a 300,000-ton ore carrier as the research basis,a navigation status identification model is constructed to extract the data of constant speed sailing status.Then,the navigation conditions of the Marine environment are classified by combining principal component analysis and K-means clustering method,laying a foundation for the subsequent construction of subsection energy consumption model.Secondly,considering the energy consumption of traditional model can't adjust parameters to adapt to ship the current state of the problem,based on the subsection navigation condition,adopt the way of theory combined with experimental data and to improve the energy consumption model,and is verified by using the measured data,in view of the uncertainty of the variables in the model,such as coefficient of frictional resistance coefficient,thrust deduction,appendage resistance coefficient and the coefficient of wake,the coefficient of using differential evolution algorithm for global optimization,in order to improve the precision of the model of energy consumption.Finally,according to the improved energy consumption model,a segmented evaluation operation decision model under multiple constraints is established,and the optimal speed optimization measures for each segment are proposed,so as to reduce the energy consumption of ships and effectively improve the energy efficiency of ships.The results show that the energy efficiency status assessment based on box graph-differential evolutionary algorithm can effectively improve the energy efficiency level,and the fuel consumption is reduced by 1.3%and 31.61t after the phased assessment.
