With the development of sponge city concept, sponge city has gradually become the urban stormwater management concept in China. As an important part of urban stormwater management system in China, the sponge transformation of industry park can not only improve the capacity of urban stormwater management but also meet the requirements of sustainable development, however, there are few studies on the spongy of industry park in China.Through the interpretation of the connotation of the low-impact development concept and the construction characteristics of China's industry park, putting forward the low-impact development concept applicable to China's industry parks: To control the source of rain mainly, when necessary, the pipe network system should be used as the main middle-end transportation process, the pipe network system to transport the rain to the terminal storage tank.Jiade industry park in Zhuzhou city was selected as the research object, the double-guide method was used to guide the sponge transformation of Jiade industry park, and three flood control objectives were set for the stormwater management of Jiade industry park based on the goal orientation, namely: 1.Under the rainfall event of designed rainfall, the annual runoff control rate of Jiade industry park reaches75%;2.Under the 24 h rainfall event in the 10-year recurrence period, there will be no overloading of pipes and canals in the rainwater pipe network system of the Jiade industry park;3.The overflow depth of the pipe network of Jiade industry park is less than 15 cm under the 24 h rainstorm event once in 30 years.SWMM model was used to model the undeveloped scene and the current development situation of Jiade industry park. When the 2h rainfall events with P=0.5,P=2 and P=5 were loaded, the surface runoff in the development status scenario increased significantly compared with the undeveloped scenario, and the control rate of the total annual runoff was only 22.8%,far lower than the control target value of 75%.Loading 24 h rainfall events with P = 2,P = 3,P = 5,P = 10,P = 30,P = 50,the pipeline network system under the current development situation cannot run well, the waterlogging prevention ability level is weak, and waterlogging is very easy to occur,so the sponge transformation of guardian industry park is imperative.Based on the concept of low-impact development in industral park, according to Jiade industry park construction characteristics of the permeable pavement, green roofs and recessed green space under the LID facilities to sponge reform from Jiade industry park, with practical problem oriented adjust rate of permeable pavement this single control index, put the LID facilities according to the different proportion of combination design reach six sponge in the reconstruction scheme and load to the SWMM model.According to the simulation results, after six projects of sponge transformation, all of them can effectively reduce the surface runoff, and the waterlogging prevention capacity of the pipe network system has been improved.Three schemes are summarized to meet the objectives of stormwater control, namely: Permeable pavement(24.8%)+ green roof(100%)+ sunken green space(100%)+ storage tank;Permeable pavement(22%)+ green roof(85%)+ sunken green space(90%)+ storage tank;Permeable pavement(19.3%)+ green roof(70%)+ sunken green space(80%)+ storage tank.AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the three schemes meeting the standards from the aspects of hydrologic energy efficiency and economic benefits. After the transformation of plan I,the annual runoff control rate has been significantly improved and the waterlogging prevention ability has been strengthened.
