With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the continuous expansion of urban scale and the continuous increase of population have also brought about a series of environmental problems,such as water shortage,urban waterlogging and serious damage to water ecosystem.At the same time,the impervious pavement of urban underlying surface is expanding rapidly.Unreasonable development and construction have changed the terrain and landform of the plot,seriously damaged the natural hydrological cycle of the plot,increased the surface rainwater runoff,and led to the occurrence of urban natural disasters.China’s traditional rainwater discharge mode can not meet the requirements of sustainable development.Therefore,China puts forward the "sponge city" theory,hoping that cities can absorb,store,seep and purify water when it rains,and release and use the stored water when necessary.The park is an important part of a city,the construction of sponge city can not do without the sponge facilities of city park,but the traditional park pays more attention to its recreational function,but ignores its internal function of regulating rain and flood and maintaining ecological balance.Therefore,from the perspective of stormwater management,the study integrates the concept of sponge city into the construction of urban parks,which makes urban parks play their functions of regulating stormwater,containing water sources,purifying rainwater and balancing urban human settlements and ecological environment,which is of great significance to the construction and sustainable development of sponge cities in China.This paper mainly describes the basic overview of sponge city and sponge Park and the significance of building "sponge" facilities,and then combs the relevant research results at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of stormwater management model,analyzes the relevant cases of sponge Park,and summarizes the treatment methods of sponge technology in urban park.After that,the paper puts forward the design idea of "sponge" facilities in Gaoyou cultural and sports leisure park.Setting low impact development measures in accordance with local characteristics in the study area can better infiltrate,store water,regulate,reduce the total runoff and purify the rainwater quality,making the urban park more ecological and environmental protection Finally,the operation principle and parameter setting of SWMM sponge model software are summarized and sorted out.Through the SWMM model,the current situation in the park and the sponge transformation scheme are simulated and analyzed.The surface peak flow and the total net flow before and after the transformation are analyzed,and the feasibility of the transformation scheme is evaluated,which provides the basis for the construction of sponge park facilities in the futureThe results show that:after the construction of "sponge" facilities,the peak flow of surface flood and the total runoff of the park have been significantly reduced,which shows that the low impact facilities have a significant effect on the ecological construction of the park.
