In recent years,with the rapid development of expressways,many bridges have been built across large rivers and rivers.The construction of large-span bridges has put forward higher requirements for the construction of bridge foundations.The construction of bridge infrastructure has become a key node in the overall project The foundation of deep-water long-span bridge piers is generally larger,usually a large amount of reinforced concrete caps.This article takes Zhoudai cross-sea cable-stayed bridge as the research object,and conducts a targeted study on the stable construction of the large-scale concrete structure of the bridge foundation at sea,mainly for the hydration of cement and water during the construction process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summarized the domestic and foreign research status of the research on temperature control of mass concrete,and introduced the theoretical basis of temperature control research,including the theoretical basis of hydration heat analysis and the theoretical basis of finite element analysis;(2)The influencing factors of the concrete temperature field are discussed,and the finite element modeling parameters of the cap concrete including thermal parameters,mechanical parameters,and temperature parameters are studied and selected under the influence of the environment;(3)The finite element software Midas/Civil was used to construct the foundation model of the platform according to the modeling parameters,and the layout of the water pipe,the temperature of the cooling water,the diameter of the water pipe and the distance between the pipe,and the flow of cooling water.According to the characteristics of the project,these influencing factors are analyzed one by one to get the optimal tube cooling layout plan,and the plan is used to calculate the temperature field;(4)Passing construction against the passing location,measuring temperature distribution,temperature changing situation during the monitoring construction process,temperature after placing the parallel water pipes finite element calculation result progress comparison analysis,proof finite element calculation result confirmation,gaining water yield Heat and temperature field change Zhao,parallel sexual submission temperature control.
