In recent years, bridge engineering have paid close attention to controlling of massive concrete hydration with increasing size of the project,we have maken rapid progress of study for massive concrete hydration in the concrete dam's designing and construction. But now it's necessary to calculate out the effect instance that caused by various factors on the impact of the temperature field with the combination to the inherent characteristics. In this article, we summarize the main content according to upwards conditions as follows:First.Introduce the theory foundation of hydration heat analysis and the method of some main parameter value. Then introduce the hydration temperature controlling process of several mass concrete pile cap for Longtan River special big bridge;compare and analyze it's data result with measuring and calculation. Second.Simulation analyze the whole journey hydration temperature field of mass concrete pile cap with the three-dimensional finite element software MIDAS /Civil, which according to the actual water pipe arrangement cooling down, streams condition and various different border factors ,actual construction process. What make the hydration heat three-dimension simulation to be realy after considering the cooling pipes.By the way of appling measured temperature and temperature field in the article. We obtain many moral conclusions.Third.Proof a novel and circular's layout of cooling pipes ,that can be more effective to reduce the central soil temperature of massive concrete. So it make the change of concrete temperature to be more uniform and reduce the max inside and outside diffence temperature of concrete.
