| Fishing boat preservation technology is an important part of cold chain logistics of aquatic products.Ice slurry has the advantages of fast cooling speed,high cold storage density,small and mellow ice particles,convenient transportation and so on.It has a broad prospect in the field of fishing boat preservation.After consulting and analyzing the relevant literature of the technology of ice making,it is found that the ice making performance of the ice making machine is quite different under different ice making conditions.Therefore,this paper studies the ice making performance of the skimming flow ice maker for fishing boats.The main work is as follows:(1)Construction of experimental platform.This paper puts forward the design idea of the experimental platform of the skimming flow ice maker,and builds the experimental platform of the ice maker,which lays the foundation for the experimental research.(2)Experimental study on the influencing factors of ice making performance.The single factor and multi factor response surface analysis of the influence of salinity,flow and blade speed on the performance of ice maker are carried out.The results show that the salinity is 2.0%~4.0%,the flow is 1.6~1.8m~3/h,the blade speed frequency is 20~40Hz,and the ice content of sea water is high.The micro imaging of the ice particles in the sea water is discussed preliminarily.The diameter of the ice particles in the sea water is less than 0.2mm,which is smaller and smaller with the increase of salinity,flow rate and blade speed.A software for predicting the ice content of sea water ice is designed and developed,which can quickly predict the ice content of sea water ice.(3)The equipment optimization of the skimming ice machine.In order to solve the problem of ice jam in the process of ice making,a design scheme of sawtooth rotating scraper ice generator is put forward,which can effectively solve the problem of ice jam in the process of ice making. |
