| Nowadays, with the development of Cold Air Distribution Technique and the District Cooling Technique, people pay more attention on the quality of the cooling source and the long distance transportation of the cooling capacity. For dynamic ice making system is more efficient than static ice making system during the ice formation process and the ice generated is flowable, it gradually become the hot spot. HoweveT, at the present time, the chock point of the dynamic ice making system is how to generate ice crystal without ice adhesion onto the heat exchange surface. This thesis first research the effect of the additive and material, which can restrain ice crystal adhere onto the heat exchange surface. Then oriented at practical industrial application, a new kind of shell and tube type dynamic ice generator is designed. After that, the thesis analysis the ice adhesion process and research the influencing factors related, which includes the flow of the compressed air , inlet temperature of the secondary refrigeration, additive concentration and flow of the ice making solution, filter and so on. At last, more quantity of ice is generated through optimizing these factors and improved suggestion is presented. |
