Heavy haul railway is an important direction of railway development in China.With the increase of axle load and running speed of freight cars,the problem of rail wear is becoming more and more serious.Especially in small radius curve section,the problem of side wear of outer rail has become an important content that affects the safety and cost of heavy haul railway operation.Based on the research status at home and abroad,the wheel rail contact and rail wear of heavy haul railway are studied in this paper.(1)The coupling model of freight car track dynamics and rail wear model of heavy haul railway are establishedBased on the analysis of vehicle track dynamics theory,wheel rail contact point calculation theory,contact mechanics theory and Archard material wear theory,the coupling model of C80 heavy haul freight car track based on 25 T axle load is establishe d by using the dynamic simulation software um(universal mechanism),and the calculat io n model of rail wear prediction is established on this basis.(2)The wheel rail contact law of heavy haul railway freight cars passing through curved track is studiedThe distribution of wheel / rail contact points,the state of wheel / rail contact,contact wear power and other parameters of freight cars with different speeds passing through tracks with different curve parameters are studied.The changing rules of wheel / rail contact points under different conditions,the conditions of wheel / rail contact and the variation of wear power are pointed out,which provides some basis for rail wear prediction.(3)The change trend of the wear loss on the outer rail side of the curve and the wear difference at different positions are analyzedBased on the Archard wear theory,a flexible rail wear prediction model is established.Under the condition that the wear loss reaches 0.1 mm,the cumulative wear loss is calculated by iterative method.It is found that under ideal conditions,the rail side wear hardly develops within the first 1000000 passes of freight cars.After the passing times,the lateral wear of outer rail basically follows the passing times of freight cars Line ar growth trend.At the same time,in different sections of the curve,the wear loss of the outer rail side is also different.In this paper,the change trend of the wear loss of the starting section and the middle section of the 500 m curve section with the passing times of the freight car is basically the same,while the wear amount of the end section of the curve is less than the first two sections.(4)The influence of freight car running speed and curve parameters on the lateral wear of external rail is studiedIt is found that with the increase of freight car speed,the rail side wear speed is also increasing.Under the same freight car passing times,the faster the speed is,the higher the lateral wear of outer rail is.Under the same radius,the influenceof the superelevat io n of the curve is smal,while the larger the radius of the curve,the slower the developme nt speed of the side wear. |
