In the field of shooting range testing,the trigger is mainly used to detect the physical phenomenon when the projectile is ejected.And output the trigger signal to start the subsequent test equipment and realize the synchronization of the measurement parameters.The trigger technology used in the existing weapon test field is mostly a single physical quantity measurement method,which is susceptible to the phenomenon of misdirection and missed detection caused by the external environment,causing irreparable losses to the range test.In this thesis,the characteristics of the fire signal during the projectile launching is analyzed.And the dual-band fire light triggers including infrared and ultraviolet is designed.The multi-source triggering control algorithm is researched to improve the effective capture rate of the projectile signal by the trigger device and ensure to output an accurate and reliable trigger signal.The specific contents of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)The multi-source triggering control algorithm is proposed,which is based on the data fusion.A variety of physical field detectors is introduced and the overall design scheme of multi-source triggering is studied.The algorithm model based on the time-windows of signal and comprehensive index weight decision is constructed.(2)The master-auxiliary infrared trigger is designed,in which the master detector is used to detect the infrared light of muzzle,and the auxiliary detector measures the ambient illumination at any time to adjust the amount of light entering the lens.The overall scheme of trigger is completed,and the signal amplifying circuit,filtering circuit,program-controlled amplifying circuit and driving circuit are designed for trigger.(3)The ultraviolet trigger is designed to detect the ultraviolet energy of the muzzle fire.It includes optical structure,optical system,photoelectric conversion module and signal processing circuits.The sources of noise and external interference are analyzed,and the corresponding anti-interference measures from the circuit and structure are taken to improve the stability of the trigger.(4)A multi-source triggering control device is designed to receive the trigger signals of the master-auxiliary infrared trigger,ultraviolet trigger and shock wave trigger.The interference signals of shock wave are filtered by the discrimination mechanism of time-windows.The comprehensive index weight decision method is used to assign weights to the output signals of different triggers,and the effectiveness of trigger signals is judged by the voting fusion rule to achieve the reliably output of trigger signals and improve the effective capture rate of the projectile signals.(5)The master-auxiliary infrared trigger and ultraviolet trigger are verified by experiments.The result shows that the master-auxiliary infrared trigger and ultraviolet trigger can effectively detect the radiation light of firecrackers at 85 m and 18 m.The multi-source triggering technology is simulated and verified,the effective capture rate to projectile signals of the designed multi-source triggering control device is 98.8%.
