In the weapon range test,the flame trigger is often used to detect the fire light information generated when the projectile is fired,output the trigger pulse signal,and start multiple test equipment to realize the synchronization of the measurement parameters.In the strong light background,the flame trigger enters the near-light saturation state,which causes the detection sensitivity to drop sharply and the trigger fails.In response to the above problems,the thesis carried out research,the main research contents include:(1)Analysis of influencing factors of flame trigger detection sensitivity.Based on the working mechanism of the photodetector,a mathematical model of the detection sensitivity based on the lens clear aperture and the limit detection distance is established.According to the flame trigger limit detection distance formula,various factors affecting detection sensitivity are analyzed,including field test parameters,detection device performance parameters,and signal processing circuit electrical parameters.(2)Design a master-auxiliary flame trigger signal processing circuit.According to the influence of the background light on the detection sensitivity of the flame trigger,the master-auxiliary type fire light triggering technology is studied.The master detecting device is used to detect the muzzle fire light,and the slave detecting device detects the background brightness.Design the signal processing circuit and the illumination display circuit,and verify the working performance of the master-auxiliary flame trigger through experiments.The simulation analysis is based on the lens clear aperture detection sensitivity model,obtains the relationship between the flame trigger detection sensitivity,the aperture value,and the background light voltage,and summarizes the influence law of the flame trigger detection sensitivity.(3)Detection sensitivity test and result analysis.Verify the influence law and related technical indicators of flame trigger detection sensitivity through experiments.The test is divided into three parts:under strong background light,weak background light,and dark background light,the infrared point light source with constant brightness is used to test under different apertures to obtain the change law of sensitivity and aperture,which can effectively improve the flame trigger The detection sensitivity under strong light proves the correctness of the detection sensitivity model based on the lens clear aperture.
