Under the new background of reform and opening up,green new energy and environmental protection awareness are being valued by more and more people.Such a good trend has greatly promoted the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.The core part of the electric vehicle air conditioning compressor is its driving motor.The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the characteristics of very small size,simple structure,high efficiency,stable operation,and easy maintenance.These features just meet the electric car air conditioning compression The actual working conditions of the machine for the drive motor.From the development and application to the market,people have higher standards for driving motors.The drive motor is an extremely important part of the air-conditioning compressor.The performance of the drive motor is directly related to the blowing effect and temperature control ability of the air-conditioning compressor,but the traditional AC asynchronous motor and brushed DC motor can no longer meet the current air-conditioning compressor.Requirements.With the rapid development of permanent magnet materials,control theory,new energy,microelectronics and other technologies,the development trend of permanent magnet synchronous motors as complex AC control systems has been vigorously applied to the actual market.Permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly being used in the development of machine tool servo systems,elevator drives,electric vehicle propulsion,air-conditioning compressors.Compared with the traditional AC asynchronous motor and DC motor control systems,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has greater advantages and application prospects,so it has great practical significance for the research and development of high-quality permanent magnet synchronous motors.The main content of this paper is to complete the construction of the mathematical model and the development and design of the control system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor.First,the development and research background of permanent magnet synchronous motors are introduced,and the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors are discussed in detail.Secondly,with regard to the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motors,a mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motors was systematically constructed on MATLAB /Simulink software to verify the feasibility of the entire experiment.Through the analysis of principle theory and experimental data analysis,Optimized data for space vector control.Then Clarke transformation,Park coordinate transformation and itsinverse transformation were carried out on the coordinate system.According to the transformation principle of the coordinate system,data processing and analysis were carried out for each parameter of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.In terms of control,some general control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motors are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of these control methods are summarized in detail,and the vector control method is selected after a full comparison.For the method of vector control,a detailed analysis is carried out from the theoretical principle to introduce the unique method,theoretical basis and characteristics of vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to convert the basic vector to any vector,the sector,the action time,Basic vector and other concepts.This paper gives specific and feasible practical operation methods,and also gives a detailed introduction to the main control chip ds PIC30F4011 and the intelligent power module TPD4135 K.The hardware and software components of the air-conditioning compressor drive motor are developed and designed.Experimental operation platform of machine-driven motor control system.Finally,based on the constructed experimental operation platform,a large amount of experimental work was completed,the experimental data was collected and analyzed in detail,and it can be concluded that the drive motor control system designed in this thesis can meet the expected standards of electric vehicle air-conditioning compressors.
