Electron cyclotron resonance heating(ECRH)is one of the most important methods of EAST plasma-assisted heating.The electron cyclotron resonance heating system consists of four long pulsed gyrotrons of 140GHz/1 MW/100s-1000s.During operation,the gyrotron requires stable power system when it works.The high-power microwave generated by the gyrotron is transmitted to the cluster antenna system through the transmission line system.At last,microwave is radiated into EAST device through antenna.Absorption efficiency of the plasma is influenced by the polarization angle of polarizer.The polarizer motor drives the polarizer to deflect to an appropriate angle,promoting the effective absorption of waves by the plasma.According to the experimental requirements of the ECRH system and the gyrotron,a monitoring and control system of ECRH wave parameter is designed to realize remote real-time monitoring and control of the power supply system.At the same time,remote control of the polarizer motor is realized.Wave absorption is promoted.Research background and purpose are firstly introduced in the paper.Following are the introduction about structure of ECRH system and its corresponding subsystem,the demand of the ECRH system for the monitoring and control system of wave parameter and the necessity of designing the system are analyzed.Second,overall design scheme of the control system of ECRH wave parameter are presented,main body in the section are hardware network architecture and software program design.The basic parameters,communication principles and control modules of various power supplies,polarizers and other hardware devices involved in the monitoring and control system are introduced in detail.In this paper,on the basis of LabVIEW software,interface design for monitoring and control system of ECRH wave parameter is done.It is the design that remote monitoring and controlling of superconducting magnet power supply,filament power supply,anode power supply and polarizer are achieved.In order to ensure the integrity and reliability of data during transmission,the TCP protocol is used to complete data transmission.On the basis of it,power supply voltage and current as well as other parameters can be modified by people regardless of the distance.Moreover,angle of antenna could be changed.When the system fails,Interlock protection would be triggered,with the assistance of system for monitoring and protection,safety of gyrotron is ensured.The monitoring and control system of ECRH wave parameter has an intuitive interface,it is more convenient for people to operate and their efficiency is improved.After debugging,the control system can run stably for a long time,ECRH system and people's requirements of experiment are met.
