The conventional heating technology can't realize the controlled fusion,thus auxiliary heating methods must be adopted to improve the plasma temperature.As a useful auxiliary heating method,Electron cyclotron resonance heating?ECRH?is adopted in many fusion device.In order to carry out the plasma physics research on J-TEXT tokamak driven by ECRH,Institute of fusion and plasma research is setting up an ECRH system.As an important subsystem of the ECRH system,the anode high-voltage power supply?AHVPS?plays an important role in power control.In this paper,according to the actual demand of ECRH system,two kinds of AHVPS schemes are studied based on the tetrode modulation and pulse step modulation?PSM?technology,and finally the above two style HVPS systems are constructed and tested.The research of this thesis includes the following contents.In the first part,the study of AHVPS based on modulation tetrode technology is completed.The key parameters and devices of the main circuit are determined and selected.The control system has been calculated and the subsystems of the power supply has been tested.The oil-immersed transformer has been replaced by new dry-type transformer to isolate the high voltage.The technology based on the tetrode modulation has been obtained and the AHVPS has been established finally.In the second part,the study of AHVPS based on PSM technology is completed.According to the ECRH requirements on J-TEXT,the main topology is studied and two types of power modules are applied to form the AHVPS.The technology of power supply modules is well studied and the parameters are calculated.Soft-switch design has been adopted to reduce the starting current.The power supply can be shutdown in 20?s by optimizing the circuit and internal load.Test results show that the AHVPS performs well and meets the requirements of the ECRH system.In the third part the problem of real time high efficiency data transmission under negative high voltage suspension potential is solved.According to the actual demands of the ECRH system,the voltage to frequency technique is adopted and the design and process are described in detail,thus the functions of real-time data transmission,data acquisition and backup protection are realized at low cost.Which should be noted is that the response can be less than 5?s.The design is purely hardware circuit design and can be widely used in the data isolation transmission field for its stable operation and high university.The connection and test platform of power supplies for gyrotron is designed and also.The platform is well insulated and the electric field is evenly distributed.Finally,the overall platform performs well under the harsh conditions and the subsystems work well under high voltage environment(Vc-76kV/Va+15.5kV/Ifil 3.9A).
