Study On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Residential Area Based On The Psychological Difference Of The Whole Age

This article takes residential landscape planning as the research object,takes environmental psychology,spatial behavior,demand hierarchy,and environmental aesthetics as the theoretical guidance,combined with the relevant background of residential landscape planning development,briefly analyzes the existence of modern residential landscape planning and design process.Family and social problems are caused by the shortage of land resources,the weak landscape function of the residential area caused by the disconnection of people of different ages.Aiming at these problems,it is proposed to integrate the ageing design concept into the landscape planning and design of the residential area.Analyze the physiological and psychological characteristics of people of different ages,the analysis of communication between people of different ages,the relationship of family members,the influence of social classes on the landscape and the analysis of residents’ behavior,and conclude that the entire functional space is mainly for the elderly and children,Middle-aged and young people have high-quality and diversified requirements for the landscape of the residential area,and the reusability of flexible time.In the coping strategy,the functional space design of the elderly and children is the main body.Through the selection of materials,the diversification of plant groups,and the quality cultivation,the cross-over and the same time period of people of all ages in the outdoor activities of the residential landscape The analysis of time reduces the flexible time and divides the spatial planning of the aging landscape.Then through the analysis of three practical cases,the concept of landscape design of the ageing residential area is reflected to a certain extent,but the space design of the ageing landscape is still insufficient.Combined with the theoretical analysis of the psychological and behavioral differences in Chapter 3 of this article,the psychological needs of the age group for landscape are the premise of the age-oriented landscape space design.Finally,in the landscape design of Zhong Tian beautiful residential area in Hai Ning City,through the actual case analysis above,combined with traffic flow analysis and vertical analysis,the corresponding landscape spatial distribution,trail distribution and functional distribution of each functional area are summarized.And by analyzing the impact of the behavioral needs of people of all ages on the landscape of the residential area,the population proportion of people of all ages in the landscape functional space is summarized.Based on the data basis of the population proportion,from the functional space,floor paving design,plant space Three specific aspects of the design.In order to maximize the use of the landscape site in the residential area,save land resources,and enhance the feelings between people,at the same time,the landscape planning design of the aging residential area provides new ideas for the future landscape design of the residential area.
