With the rapid development of modern computer network technology and communication technology,the development of marine engine room simulators is also increasingly updated and gradually improved.In the contemporary marine simulator,various technologies are continuously developed.Using the creation of three-dimensional models,combined with virtual reality and other technologies,the various effects in the simulator are constantly approaching the real ship,and the simulator is more authentic.And the use of various machinery in the virtual cabin and the operation process specifications of the equipment can also restore the operation experience in the real ship to the greatest extent.Therefore,building a complete internal communication system in the marine simulator is of greater help in realizing a realistic operating experience in the modern marine simulator.Under this background,this paper takes the three-dimensional marine simulator project of Dalian Marine University Virtual Turbine Operation Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center as the prototype,and takes the ship's internal communication system as the research object to make and develop various functions of the communication system.This article firstly conducts research and study on real-time voice data transmission and processing,improves the voice data transmission effect and communication quality in the communication process,and solves the common problems of echo and noise interference in voice communication.Then studied the ship's internal communication system and its various subsystems,and learned to use the relevant technologies required to make the internal communication system of the ship's virtual engine room,including the application programming interface HLAPI(Application Programming Interface),software networking synchronization technology,VoIP technology And Dissonance:Unity Voice Chat voice communication technology,etc.It analyzes and uses some related function callback processes in the application program interface,as well as the related interfaces used in the network real-time voice communication program used in this article.On this basis,the research and design of the entire system of network construction,system login and basic audio communication module.Finally,the specific functions of the ship's internal communication system are designed and produced,and the various module functions in the ship's internal communication system are specifically developed and improved.It realizes various functions of ship automatic telephone,ship sound power telephone,broadcasting system and intercom system.The functions of each subsystem mainly include the ringing system,lighting system and priority system in the telephone system;the zone-wide broadcasting function in the broadcasting system,the live recording and broadcasting function;the key-press voice function in the intercom system,etc.This article is programmed on the Unity3D platform,and the secondary development of the internal communication system of the virtual cabin is developed.The engine simulator function and communication logic are consistent with the actual ship communication system.According to the specific functions required by each subsystem in the ship's internal communication system,a network voice call system is developed.The voice program is used to simulate the marine telephone system and applied to the marine simulator.
