| The training of marine engine simulator is one of the important projects as the crew training.At present,the ship simulator is still in the first and second generation.It keep in hardware model or 3D geometric model.If it use the physical module we will can not see the object.If it use the geometry and mathematical model that we will lack of sense of substitution and can’t get ideal effect.As an example, if the marine auxiliary boiler training is not physical object,it is impossible to achieve the training effect.If the Training system base on the real boiler,it would be impossible.Because the boiler is from start-up to achieve heating steam at least two hour,we can’t get the perfect teaching effect and purpose,and it also cost a large number of the maintenance of Consumption,power and material resources. It may have accidents during operation.Therefore, as the third generation of marine engine simulator,it use virtual reality technology and PLC control technology. The physical control panel control the three-dimensional model of the marine auxiliary boiler,which is called Combining Virtual and Simulated Training System for Marine Auxiliary Boiler. This system can save money, increase the training effect and safety purpose. This research has very strong creativity and practicability.The main content of this paper is using the existing 3D models to simulate the boiler auxiliary boiler, using the domestic PLC as a PLC control panel to realize the communication and control of three-dimensional model of the boiler, using the software assistant development tools to design boiler training system for teacher workstation module, using C# to write communication program to connect the physical control panel and the 3D virtual auxiliary boiler.This system has flexible configuration,low cost,high reliability, high availability, advanced technology, so it is in accord with the STCW78/95 Convention Manila amendment to the ship electronic technician’s training requirements. |
