The corrosion of reinforcement is an important factor affecting the service life of reinforced concrete structures.Due to the volume expansion of the corrosion products produced by the corrosion of the reinforcing steel, the concrete protective layer cracks or even peels, resulting in the degradation of the performance of the reinforced concrete structure.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on non-uniform corrosion of steel bars, and proposed many non-uniform corrosion models. However, there are few studies on accelerated corrosion methods to simulate natural non-uniform corrosion. This article will study the method of energizing non-uniform corrosion. The non-uniformity of the accelerated corrosion of the reinforcing bars was studied.A rust layer distribution model based on Gaussian distribution was established to study the similarity with the natural non-uniformity of corrosion. The main research work of this paper is as follows(1)Slicing the concrete test piece after electrified corrosion, observing the thickness of the rust layer, analyzing the apparent corrosion morphology of the rusted steel bar,and studying the influence of the rust rate, the distance between the electrodes, and the area ratio between the anode and the anode on the thickness distribution of the rust layer. The transverse non-uniformity coefficient Rp of the reinforced bar is used to quantify the transverse non-uniformity of the corrosion of the reinforcing bar,and it is compared with the transverse non-uniformity coefficient of the accelerated corrosion member in the environmental box(2)Three-dimensional laser scanning is performed on the rusted rebar after broken rust removal to obtain the three-dimensional geometric model of the rusted rebar. The cross-sectional area of the rebar after rust removal and the profile of the rebar are obtained.Longitudinal non-uniformity R is used to quantify the spatial non-uniformity of steel bar corrosion, and to analyze and compare with the longitudinal non-uniformity coefficient of actual natural rusted members(3)Slicing the concrete test piece after galvanic corrosion, observing the thickness of the rust layer, analyzing and summarizing the different rust layer distribution models, establishing a rust layer distribution model based on Gaussian distribution in this study, and correspondingly to the parameters of the model analysis.Combined with the non-uniform rust model of natural rust,a similarity study with the non-uniformity of natural rust was performed.
