Non-uniform corrosion of steel bars is the most important factor affecting the durability of concrete. The non-uniform corrosion of steel bars is mainly reflected in the non-uniform distribution of corrosion products of steel bars. This distribution of corrosion products is closely related to the cracking mode of concrete.Studying the thickness distribution of reinforced rust layer and cracking mode of concrete under different influencing factors is of great significance for predicting the service life of existing reinforced concrete structures and avoiding premature cracking of the reinforced concrete structure to be built.Based on previous studies, applying a new method of accelerated rust corrosion, this paper focuses on the study of the influence of test parameters on the thickness distribution of reinforced rust layer and the cracking mode of concrete, and establishes a prediction model of rust layer thickness distribution during the electrification process as well as a prediction model of cracking of concrete protective layer. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to a new method of accelerated rust corrosion, the thickness distribution model of the rust layer on the surface of single steel bars and multiple steel bars under non-uniform corrosion is studied. The finite element analysis software is used to conduct an electrochemical analysis of the energized corrosion process, and the current density distribution is obtained. The parallel law of Faraday's law is used to establish the distribution of the thickness of the rust layer on the surface of the steel bar under the influence of different test parameters model.(2)The cracking mode of smooth round reinforced concrete under non-uniform corrosion is studied. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the cracking process of concrete rust expansion, the mechanism of crack evolutionand is revealed, and the effects of the diameter of the steel bar,the net distance between the steel bar and the stainless steel wire, and the thickness of the protective layer on the cracking mode of the single reinforced concrete and the critical corrosion rate of the protective layer are investigated;the effects of the diameter of the steel bar,the thickness of the protective layer and the net distance of the steel bar on the cracking mode of a single row of multiple reinforced concrete are explored.(3)The cracking mode of ribbed reinforced concrete under non-uniform corrosion is studied. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate andanalyze the cracking process of concrete rust expansion, and the effects of steel bar diameter, net distance between steel bar and stainless steel wire and longitudinal rib placement angle on the cracking mode of ribbed reinforced concrete and the critical corrosion rate of protective layer cracking are explored, and the influence mechanism of longitudinal rib on concrete cracking mode is revealed.
