The polymer grouting material has the advantages of light weight,early strength,durability and environmental protection.Polymer grouting repair technology has been widely used in the treatment of many road diseases in my country,and has achieved good repair results.However,there are relatively few studies on the long-term performance of polymer grouting for repairing roads.The evolution law of fatigue damage of pavement structures after polymer grouting is not yet clear.Based on the above background,this paper takes the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structural materials and polymer grouting materials as the research objects,and carried out the repair effect and fatigue damage field distribution law and fatigue of polymer grouting to repair the hollow semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.Research on the law of damage evolution.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the damage characteristics of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structural materials,the simplified Chaboche nonlinear fatigue damage model was revised,a two-stage fatigue damage model suitable for semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structural materials was established,and the fatigue damage model was determined Related parameters,and verified the applicability of the damage model to semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structural materials.(2)Through analyzing the cyclic compression fatigue test data of polymer grouting material,a fatigue damage model of polymer grouting material based on grouting for repairing road structure is proposed.The DLOAD subroutine considering the cyclic traffic load and the user material subroutine considering the fatigue damage model of the damaged material were compiled,and the fully coupled fatigue damage finite element analysis of the stress field and the damage field was realized.(3)The finite element method was used to establish a three-dimensional numerical model of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure.The dynamic response of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement base intact,voided and polymer repaired was compared.The distribution law of the fatigue damage field of the pavement structure was studied,and the evolution law of fatigue damage before and after the grouting repair of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement base by polymer grouting was analyzed.The repair effect and long-term performance of polymer grouting to repair semi-rigid base asphalt pavement were evaluated.(4)Completed the indoor fatigue test of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure model.The structural model specimens of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure base integrity,voiding,and polymer repair three working conditions were produced.By collecting the number of load actions subjected to fatigue failure under each working condition and the mechanical response changes under repeated loads According to the data,the fatigue life of the three model working conditions and the evolution law of the road surface fatigue damage before and after the polymer repairing the road surface structure are compared and analyzed.The research results in this paper show that polymer grouting for repairing hollow semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has good repair effect and long-term performance.At the same time,the remaining life prediction of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and polymer grouting for repairing hollow semi-rigid base Asphalt pavement has theoretical reference significance.
