This thesis focuses comprehensive and systematic study on breakage causes, slotted size and depth, trenches after repair force in relation to crack net、subsidence and trenches, the three most commonly seen breakage in asphalt roads.According to analysing the main disease characteristic and the cause of pits, subsidence, net-split, these damages have need to be mended treatment. And determined the method of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement repair range. The use of mechanical analysis method, a systematic study of the asphalt pavement deflection basin shape characteristics when the vehicle loads in the case of different structural damage. Meanwhile, the use of the FWD field testing pits, subsidence, net-split sections and were compared with the mechanical analysis results. Through the contrasting theoretical analysis and experimental results are consistent. Finally, determined pits, subsidence, net-split the repair range of methods based on the deflection basin shape characteristics. In this article detailed analysis of the mechanical characteristics of asphalt pavement with pit repair. Conclusion the pits repair will be subjected to a shear stress, tensile and shear stresses, dynamic water pressure and vacuum suction. According to the comparative analysis of the finite element model force conditions of the repaired structure of five different load position. Selected the most unfavorable position of the shear stress in the No.1position, this is, pit center. The most unfavorable position of the shear stress in the No.5position, that is, pits the bottom left corner. This paper is divided into four grades according to the pits breakage severity will pit: destruction of the surface layer, top layer damage, comprehensive layer destruction, grassroots destruction. Finite element analysis based on the severity of the pits breakage. Quantitative analysis of the repaired structure stress distribution using three-dimensional finite element model. In depth analysis of the stress distribution law patch material in contact with the old pavement boundary. Finally, on the basis of the mechanics analysis, the mechanical properties which the patching material should satisfy when the typical structure of asphalt pavement patching depth is different are proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the patch material mix ratio design. In this paper, only the preliminary study semi-rigid base asphalt pavement pit destruction of mechanical characteristics, due to the limitation of time and personal ability, to repair material mixture preparation still need further study.
