Recent years,realty industry in china has developed rapidly.Elevator,as the main manner to transport workers,has also been widely applied.During the operation of elevators,safety accidents happen occasionally.Especially the safety accidents caused by the overload of the elevator cause great losses to people’s lives and property,which has aroused the general attention to the regulatory authorities and construction units.Therefore,the paper designs a detection system for the elevator based on far-infrared,which can detect the number of people in the car in real time.When elevator is overloaded,the safety monitoring system for elevator is notified to prohibit the elevator operation.The hardware circuit of the number detection system for elevator based on STM32F105 is designed in this paper,which consists of the ARM processor,far infrared detection,communication interface and power-supply module.The three cavity structure,which is specially designed,associating with three pyroelectric infrared sensors can detect the far-infrared signal in the doorway area of the elevator,and achieve the statistics of the number of workers entering and leaving the car.The software flow of the machine number detection system has been programmed,including far-infrared signal acquisition,serial communication,single channel signal processing,multi-channel signal fusion processing and debugging mode processing.Single channel signal processing is used to extract effective far-infrared signals,and according to the multi-channel far-infrared signal,the number of workers entering and leaving the car is gotten through the number detection algorithm based on neural network.Finally,the statistical results are transmitted to the safety monitoring system for elevator in real time,and the elevator operation is prohibited when the number of people is overloaded.The actual test of the detection system for elevator based on far infrared is carried out.The result shows that the system designed in this paper can detect the number of people entering and leaving the lift car,and has the debugging function at the same time,which meets the design requirements. |
