Real-time image information acquisition of flying target is essential in the flying test of aerial target such as aircraft and missile for the flying status evaluation by the data analysis.The application of the photoelectric image acquisition system is limited to large size,high hardware cost and none remote operation support.This thesis designs a miniaturized image acquisition system for aerial flying target.Which aims for the acquisition of aerial flying target image data,post processing of image data,and the measurement of target miss distance.The system has the advantages of low cost,remote operation and strong expansibility.The detailed work is as follows:(1)Considering the performance,scalability and power consumption of the system,the design scheme of the system is proposed by the application requirement of technical indicators and functional requirements.According to the design scheme,the image acquisition unit and the main control unit based on FPGA,the data compression and transmission unit based on ARM,the remote control unit and the image information processing unit are designed.Modular design which can make full use of the hardware resources,reduce the secondary development cost,and improve the scalability of the system.(2)According to the design scheme,the workflow and the functional requirements of each unit module of the system are introduced.And the data interaction interface between the modules is designed to form data transmission network of the system.The wireless transmission is used to realize the remote operation function.(3)The hardware circuit design of the image acquisition unit and the main control unit which completed according to the function allocation of each unit module.The logic design of image data stream transmission of each unit module and the control logic design of external equipment are realized.The hardware circuit realized by the combination of interface board and core board to make the system has the advantages of small size and easy expansion.The bus arbitration and ping-pong operation are used to ensure the accuracy and efficiency in high-speed image data transmission.Which is used to solve the problem of large amount of image data interaction between each module.The algorithmand the computer software of the system are designed to realize system control and target miss distance measurement.(4)The test scheme and process are developed according to the system performance indicators.And complete the system function test with the computer software to ensure that the system can run stably.The final test results show that the system meets the requirements of the index.And the system realizes data storage,real-time display,download,aerial target miss distance measurement and other functions of image data with the resolution of 640 ? 512 and the frame rate of 100 Hz.The photoelectric image real-time acquisition system designed in this thesis is used to solve the engineering application requirements of image acquisition and storage.The system has the advantage of low power consumption,portability and remote operation.And provides a technology support for the design of other image acquisition and storage system.
