In the process of highway freight transportation,there are always problems such as low information matching efficiency,high no-load rate of vehicle,and long period of freight,which affects the efficiency of logistics operations to a great extent.With the increasing emphasis on the development of logistics information,the government has continuously issued relevant policies to improve the efficiency of logistics information matching and docking.Although there is a huge amount of vehicle and cargo information on the existing logistics information platform,the problems of vehicle and cargo matching have not been solved well because of the function limitation of the current freight transportation platform.In fact,the effective matching recommendation of vehicle and cargo information can not only reduce the matching cost,improve the benefit of both sides,but also improve the stickiness of users,which is the core of the long-term development of logistics platform.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the problem of vehicle-cargo matching,builds a vehicle-cargo matching model based on both parties' willingness to trade,and uses the logistics platform data to verify the model.Firstly,through the literature reading and theoretical analysis,the domestic and foreign research status and obtained results on the vehicle and cargo matching problem were summarized in this paper,through the current situation research and actual investigation to extract the existing problems and shortcomings.At the same time,it summarizes the supporting function of bilateral matching theory and other related theories.Secondly,this paper describes the problem of vehicle and cargo matching in detail,clarifies the object of this paper,and introduces several different matching patterns.Referring to the classification standard of transport goods issued by the Ministry of Communications and the structural characteristics of platform cargo,the common types of cargos in road transportation were summarized.At the same time,according to the property of the goods,referring to the transport standards of other modes of transportation,this paper puts forward a set of cargos relations which can not be consigned together,which provides the premise for the matching development.Then,this paper analyzes the transaction intention of the matching object,and then selects the factors that affect the transaction intention of both sides of the vehicle and cargo,and quantifies the two sides' index.The vehicle and cargo matching model were constructed with the maximization of the consignment will and the carrier will as the objective function.The vehicle rated load and volume are taken as the resource constraints.The algorithm flow is designed and the model is solved by quantum evolutionary algorithm(QEA).Finally,the matching model is verified by the data of vehicle and cargo on platform 56135.It is found that the common consignment matching scheme calculated by the model makes both the carrier and the shipper achieve a higher level of transaction intention.The validity and practicability of the matching model are verified.The model constructed in this paper has certain applicability to the common freight transportation,provides a reference for solving the problems of low matching efficiency and low full loading rate in the process of freight transportation,and also for the vehicle and cargo matching recommendation function on current logistics information platform to provide a certain solution.
