Research On Trust Mechanism Construction Based On Stowage Logistics Information Platform

With the rapid development of Internet technology,China's road freight transport market has emerged a large number of cargo stowage logistics information platforms.These platforms are committed to solving wagons and cargo information asymmetry,and to improving the efficiency of freight transport market.However,in the process of rapid development,there are still some problems,especially for the field of inter-city vehicle transport logistics information platforms.There are many dishonesties in the transaction process,such as releasing false information to cheat truckers,not paying on time,providing low-quality transport services,reselling goods,markup maliciously,cheating and so on.These dishonesties make the trust of platform in poor situation,thus making the platform turnover rate at low level.The reasons for the existence of these dishonesties in platforms are related to the lack of trust mechanism.Therefore,this paper takes the inter-city vehicle transportation as an example to study the trust mechanism of the stowage logistics information platform.First analyze the trust problem of the platform from the guidance of the offline transaction trust mechanism,and then analyze the transaction behavior of the transaction subject and conclude promotion measures by using the game theory,and finally construct logistics information platform trust mechanism.Based on the analysis of the status of inter-city vehicle transport market transaction,this paper choose Xi'an freight market to develop deep interviews,and summed up freight market offline trust mechanism and revelation.Then consider specific transaction mode of logistics information platform to analyze the trust problem of logistics information platform.It was found that trust problems of platform include trader identity,wagons and cargo information,transport service provided by truck driver,freight payment,and reputation evaluation.Based on the game theory and the behavior of transaction body,this paper constructs a game model of cargo owner and truck driver,repeated game model of cargo owner and truck driver,the game model of the owner and the truck driver under the platform supervision,the game model of the platform manager and the trader under the platform supervision.The results show that a complete regulatory mechanism and a reasonable reputation evaluation system can solve platform trust problems effectively.Based on trust problems of logistics information platform and the result of game model,this paper constructs platform trust mechanism including normative mechanism and process mechanism.Among them,the normative mechanism includes platform audit mechanism,punishment mechanism,information communication and transmission mechanism,soundness of relevant government laws and regulations,and soundness of individual credit information system.The process mechanism includes cargo owners' and truck drivers' reputation evaluation system.Also,build a reputation evaluation system based on AHP for truck drivers as an example.
