Manufacturing industry is one of the important pillar industries of our national economy,and its development level has an important impact on China's economic development.The printing industry,as an important part of China's manufacturing industry,along with the rapid and stable development of China's economy and the growing needs of the people's lives,the demand for various printed materials in the rapid growth at the same time,its status is also rising,the development of master printing Equipment core control technology for China's economic development has a huge role in promoting.Based on the practical application of flexographic printing press,this paper aims at developing a high speed,high efficiency and precision control system,combined with the development of stepper motor control technology,and designs a set of stepper motor control flexographic printing and regulating system based on FPGA from the functional requirements of pressure regulation of flexographic printing press.The system selects the Man-machine interface of Delta as the host computer,carries on the communication,the data processing and the interface design according to its design principle on the specific development software,it can send the system control instruction to the lower computer accurately underground,at the same time can according to the data uploaded by the lower computer to the system each motor state real-time judgment display,The formation of a simple and intuitive human-computer interface.The lower computer is the controller designed around the core of FPGA.According to the design plan,the hardware circuit of the controller is divided into modules,the device is selected,the schematic drawing is completed and the PCB is produced.In the process of programming,according to the design flow and software design method and principle of FPGA,the code of each functional module is written in the Quartus II environment by using Verilog hardware description language,and the position control,acceleration and deceleration control and synchronous control are realized.The sequential logic design of system,interpolation compensation and other functions is completed,and the simulation verification is completed on the Model Sim simulation platform.The slave computer can receive the instructions sent by the host computer in time,and then send the control signals to the stepper motor driver after the analysis is processed,and drive the corresponding stepping motor to rotate.The position information of the detected position is fed back to the lower computer by the grating ruler mounted on the moving slide table,and a closed loop control is formed to realize the precise control of the motor.And the memory chip is introduced into the controller hardware to realize the storage of important information of the system.Finally,the system test platform is built on the satellite flexographic press of the factory.The overall performance of the system is tested and the test results are given.The feasibility of the system design is verified,and has high practical value.At present,the system has been successfully applied to commercial printing machines for product printing.
