Photovoltaic power generation is a technology that uses photovoltaic effect of semiconductor material interface to convert light energy into electricity.Because the access of conventional energy is limited,and solar energy,as an inexhaustible renewable energy,has sufficient cleanliness,absolute security,relative universality,resource adequacy and potential economy.In the long-term energy war,solar energy has become an inexhaustible renewable energy source.It plays an important role.Silicon wafer is one of the most important components of solar cells.Its production process is complex.The appearance of WEDM technology greatly improves the production efficiency of silicon wafer,and reduces the difficulty of back-end sewage treatment.It has been widely recognized in the production side.Because the photovoltaic industry is greatly affected by the national policy,after the major adjustment of the new photovoltaic subsidy policy,the industry as a whole is greatly affected,and the silicon wafer capacity shrinks seriously.In this case,the market demand of electroplated diamond wire has also been greatly affected,the relationship between supply and demand has changed rapidly,and the market sales pressure is huge.Due to the insufficient capacity of suppliers and the serious market demand gap in the initial stage,while the suppliers are trying to expand their production,the manufacturers with electroplating technology in the same industry are also attracted by the industry demand and objective profits,and new diamond wire factories are set up to join the ranks of suppliers.The combined effect of old and new suppliers has resulted in a rapid increase in the production capacity of the Diamond Line.With the decline of demand,suppliers are facing enormous market pressure.Although HD company has also responded and adjusted from various angles of production,R&D and sales,the pressure on the sales side has not been alleviated due to the uncertainty of the market environment and the increasing competition among suppliers.In view of the current situation,this paper begins with the decomposition of the company's marketing situation and summarizes the difficulties encountered at present.Secondly,by analyzing the relevant factors of the macro-and micro-marketing environment of the product market one by one,it summarizes the relevant elements of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the product at the market end,and forms the basic understanding of the industry and product situation.Using STP analysis method,through subdividing and choosing the target market and analyzing the positioning of products in the market and industry.this paper combines and discusses the marketing strategies from four aspects:product strategy,price strategy,propaganda strategy and channel strategy,and finally confirms the marketing strategies suitable for the current market environment of products.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy,the safeguard measures are analyzed and formulated from three aspects of personnel,system and organization to assist the formulation of the marketing strategy.This paper attempts to discuss and formulate the marketing strategy of new industrial products by using common analysis methods and starting from the newly emerging electroplated diamond wire in the industry.Hope to provide some help to solve the marketing dilemma of the company's products at this stage,and provide new ideas and methods for the establishment of marketing strategies of other products of the company.Because photovoltaic industry is more extensive in the early stage of development,lack of theoretical support,but also hope that through this way,for other manufacturers in the industry,in response to similar situations,provide some reference.
