| At present,the competition in all fields is showing a white-hot trend.If you want to stand firm in the fast changing environment and stand out from similar enterprises,you need to have a large number of outstanding talents,which is an important prerequisite for enterprises to expand their competitive advantage.Therefore,in the process of the development of state-owned enterprises,the work of talent selection,reserve and training has been placed in the most prominent position.We should stand at a certain height to examine this activity,so that the level of human resources management of enterprises can reach a new level,constantly stimulate the vitality potential of talents,maintain the enthusiasm and creativity of talent work,and enable enterprises to have a continuous stream of people.Only then reserves,thus further serves the enterprise development.Chinese styleAt present,there are some problems in G Port Group’s market developer incentives,such as general incentive schemes,inadequate incentive measures and inadequate implementation of incentive measures.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses scientific methods to determine the key incentive factors,and puts forward targeted optimization schemes.Firstly,in order to solve the general problem of incentive schemes,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to carry out macro-analysis and micro-analysis of incentive factors from four aspects of survival and security,social interaction,respect and self-realization according to Maslow’s demand theory.Secondly,according to the results of micro-analysis,the evaluation index system of incentive factors for market development talents of the group is established.With this system as the structure,the importance of each incentive factor is ranked by analytic hierarchy process,and the five most critical incentive factors are salary distribution,promotion channel,personalized development,talent training and humanized care.Thirdly,aiming at the above five key incentive factors,this paper puts forward targeted incentive optimization scheme,supplements the current incentive measures,and solves the problems of general incentive scheme and insufficient incentive measures.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the talent incentive optimization program,the safeguard measures are put forward,and the problem of inadequate implementation of the incentive measures is solved.The guiding ideology of this study is to establish an incentive mechanism for market developers,including wage distribution,position promotion,assessment management,incentive and restraint,in accordance with the general idea of "based on market standards,based on personal value,with enterprise contribution as the core and assessment as the means",which effectively stimulates the vitality of market developers,and strives to create people to develop their talents to the fullest extent possible.Everyone enjoys the fruits of the talent development environment,forming a lively situation in which enterprises and employees rely on each other and develop together. |
