The civil aviation industry is an important strategic industry related to the people’s livelihood and economic development in my country.Since the reform and opening up,China’s civil aviation industry has developed rapidly.Now with a bigger scale,improved service and safety due to technological innovation,it has made great contributions to the construction of China’s socialist modernization.China,as a world-class civil aviation power,requires civil aviation enterprises to accelerate the transition to a high-quality and modernized development model at this stage.However,under the current situation,the complexity and uncertainty of the external environment for civil aviation development have increased significantly,and made some unbalanced and uncoordinated problems in civil aviation enterprises become more obvious,such as slow infrastructure development,lack of professional talents,low salaries,failure of corporate incentive mechanisms,etc.These problems are unstable factors for enterprises to achieve sustainable development,especially for state-owned civil aviation enterprises.SOE plays a crucial role in the civil aviation industry,especially when this industry can be counted as one of the lifelines to the national economy.Therefore,deepening reform of state-owned civil aviation enterprises is inevitable.Incentive mechanism is a critical part of enterprise human resources management,and it is also a key link that needs to be improved urgently in state-owned civil aviation enterprises at the present stage.This paper takes X state-owned enterprise as the research object.First,it expounds the research background,research significance and purpose,as well as the research content and methods.By consulting the literature related to the content of incentives and incentive mechanisms,this paper sorts out the parts that are highly consistent with its research content,and lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up analysis of this paper.Secondly,this paper elaborates on the overall profile of the research object and its employees.By designing a questionnaire and distributing it to the core employees of X enterprise,the feedback of the questionnaire is collected and used to analyze the problems of the current incentive mechanism of the X enterprise.Thirdly,after analyzing the theoretical information sorted out in the early stage,five targeted optimization suggestions are given,from corporate philosophy,salary system,performance appraisal,promotion training to human resource allocation,and the specific optimization measures are practicable in this enterprise.It is hoped that with the optimal measures of the incentive mechanism of X enterprises in this paper,the incentives for employees can achieve optimum effect.Corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the subsequent improvement of the incentive mechanism.Finally,it summarizes the overall research findings,its deficiencies and expectations for the future of the civil aviation industry.
