In today’s world,the trend of market competition is globalization.How to implement strategies and how to control the implementation process has become a more important issue than strategy formulation.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the theory of strategic implementation and strategic control.The evaluation and control of enterprise strategy implementation is an important part of strategy implementation,which is accompanied by the whole process of enterprise strategy management.Establishing the evaluation and control system is to compare the results of each stage,each level and each aspect with the expected objectives,supervise,feedback,adjust the strategic planning,implementation process and results,and establish an incentive and restraint mechanism matching the strategic objectives to ensure that the long-term objectives of the enterprise can be translated into business reality.Monitor the changes of internal and external environment,adjust the strategy dynamically,ensure the coordination of strategy and environment,and maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises.At present,the research on control and evaluation of strategic implementation process is still weak.Enterprise strategy is difficult to implement.Some enterprises deviate from the strategy,and the strategic plan is even put on the shelf.To a certain extent,this formulation is not implemented,but deviates from the strategy of the situation,restricting the rapid development of large and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,enterprises need a more reasonable control process to control the whole process of strategy implementation.This paper discusses the status quo of enterprise A strategy implementation.Through questionnaire survey,it studies the shortcomings of enterprise A strategy implementation.Based on the Balanced Scorecard method,it makes a reasonable and in-depth analysis of the performance of enterprise A strategy implementation.After clarifying the existing problems and performance level of enterprise A’s strategy implementation,we use management control theory,management theory and many other theories to carry out in-depth research,and construct an effective and complete strategic implementation control process framework,which will bring effective strategie implementation tools for enterprise A in the new strategic integration environment,and provide future strategic implementation and control for enterprise A.Great useful guidance and help.
