With the worldwide shortage of resources and the worsening of environmental pollution,countries all over the world have reached a consensus on accelerating the development of new energy.Developing new energy has become the national strategy and lead a major trend,which also provides a good opportunity for the development of new energy vehicles.With the continuous breakthrough of new energy technology and the strength of people’s awareness of environmental protection,new energy vehicles are bound to become the mainstream of future vehicles.It is critical for China to seize the initiative of world economic development and promote the development of new energy vehicle industry.At present,traditional car companies have launched electric vehicle production plans.In the modern economic society,the key to the development of enterprises lies in the achievement of their strategic objectives.The transformation of enterprises is the content of national strategic planning.Considering this strategy,how to establish an effective performance evaluation system has become a worthy problem to exploration.In this paper,BYD Company is selected as the case study object,focusing on the current development of new energy enterprises,exploring the establishment of strategic transformation performance evaluation system based on five dimensional dynamic balanced scorecard,and promoting the further improvement of China’s new energy vehicle enterprise management system.On the basis of summing up and consulting a large number of literature,through the analysis of BYD’s internal and external environment,this paper extracts the process of its strategic transformation,determines its transformation objectives,and then decomposes the strategic objectives.Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory,it draws a strategic map for BYD’s strategic transformation evaluation system,and uses the Vensim software of system dynamics to implement the strategic transformation The graph is transformed into a dynamic causal analysis graph.Then,analyze the selected indicators of each dimension,and use Vensim software to establish a performance evaluation model,draw the flow stock map.After a series of tests,BYD’s strategic transformation is simulated.According to the results,BYD’s strategic implementation is evaluated from five dimensions of the balanced scorecard.After analysis,BYD’s profitability,development ability and operation ability have been improved after the implementation of strategic transformation,which is very likely to achieve its strategic objectives.
