With the rapid development of UHV power grid of the power system, the safe and stable operation of UHV GIS equipment is essential. At present, the main impact on the stable operation of UHV GIS equipment is the partial discharge defect. When there is partial discharge inside the UHV GIS,the insulation will be reduced or caused to trip. The influence range will be very large, and even a chain reaction will be triggered, resulting in grid oscillation. At present,UHF PD detection technology is an effective means to find hidden dangers in UHV GIS equipment. At this paper, the ultra-high frequency partial discharge live detection and localization technology of UHV GIS equipment was studied. And various electromagnetic wave interference signals existing in the UHV substation were analyzed, and the conclusion that the suspended discharge interference in the substation space has the greatest influence on the GIS UHF detection was obtained. The spatial propagation characteristics of electromagnetic interference signals were studied. The electromagnetic frequency, propagation distance and attenuation characteristics were simulated. And according to the simulation results, the identification and elimination methods of electromagnetic interference signals in UHV substations were proposed. The research of the anti-interference technology of ultra-high voltage GIS ultra-high frequency partial discharge detection based on automatic time difference analysis was focused on.The electromagnetic wave interference signal is automatically eliminated based on the time delay relationship between the noise sensor and the detection sensor, which solves the problem of automatic elimination of interference in UHF detection of UHV GIS.For the GIS localization positioning technology, this paper establishes the UHV GIS equipment model,GIS UHF positioning simulation was carried out based on multi-physics modeling, and the propagation characteristics and positioning error of electromagnetic waves in GIS was analyzed, the following conclusions were drawn.Measuring the long straight tube busbar of UHV GIS equipment, when the ratio of the distance between the two detection sensors to the casing diameter is less than 2.1,or measuring the GIS equipment components of complex structures such as L-shaped,T-shaped or isolating switches, and three or the above sensors was used to spatial geometric positioning to ensure positioning accuracy. For the realization of spatial positioning, the chaotic cuckoo algorithm was applied to solve the geometric equation of UHF partial positioning for the first time, and the automatic and accurate solution of GIS local discharge source was realized. The research results in this paper will provide technical support for the electric power industry personnel to carry out electrification detection work, and provide reference for effectively judging the internal fault type and discharge position of UHV substation equipment, which can help technicians discover hidden dangers of equipment operation in advance and process in time to improve equipment operation reliability. At the same time,it guides the development of faulty equipment maintenance plans, optimizes maintenance strategies, and improves maintenance efficiency.
