As one of the important components of modern power enterprises in the construction of smart grid,measurement automation system is an important means for power enterprises to realize real-time monitoring of electric energy data and automatic collection of power consumption information.At the same time,it is also an important interactive platform for power grid intelligence and power marketing informatization.Nowadays,the measurement automation system has become one of the important decision support systems for enterprise management and decision-making in modern electric power enterprises.power grid companies all over the country are constantly carrying out related construction and application research work on the measurement automation system.This paper takes the construction and application status of metrological automation system in Guangzhou Power supply Bureau as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the application of metrological automation system in production work,and puts forward the improvement of its function.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the construction and application status of metering automation system in Guangzhou Power supply Bureau,combined with its construction status and application characteristics,it is found that the automation system has insufficient data collection in 220/380 V low-voltage power network.It is unable to carry out power flow analysis and topology optimization analysis,and can not effectively support the planning,construction and operation of low-voltage distribution network.(2)Based on the improvement of the function of the measurement automation system in the low-voltage distribution network,a function improvement module applied to the low-voltage distribution network is designed.The module identifies and synchronizes the topology of the low-voltage power network through the intelligent unit,and collects and reports the output power of each user watt-hour meter under the distribution transformer.The collected data are processed in the background,the power flow analysis model of low-voltage distribution network is established,and the distribution network topology optimization model aiming at minimum loss is established by using binary particle swarm optimization algorithm.(3)In this paper,the effect of the functional model is verified,and good results are obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the system to realize the topology optimization of220 max 380V power grid.At the same time,the improvement of the success rate of the algorithm is discussed,so that there is still a higher rate of obtaining the optimal solution at a lower number of operations,and the operation time is saved.it is verified by an example toprove the effectiveness of the functional model designed in this paper.it can provide a decision-making basis for distribution network planning and design,and make it more in line with the follow-up application and development under the situation of full coverage of measurement automation terminals in the future.
