The excavator loader has a comprehensive function,with two functions of excavation and loading.It has good maneuverability and is often used in municipal construction and engineering projects,with a wide application prospect.However,when the excavator is rotating,noise and rotating impact often appear,which will affect the working quality of the excavation end.At home,the research on the turning characteristics of the mining end of the excavator loader is in the primary stage,and the dynamic characteristics of its turning system are not well understood,so it is of great significance to study and analyze the turning characteristics of the mining end.In this paper,the mining loader is taken as an example to study the rotation characteristics of the hydraulic system of the mining end.The dynamic characteristics of the mining end of the mining loader are analyzed through simulation analysis and experimental design.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the current situation of the backhoe loader,this paper analyzes the development trend of the backhoe loader,introduces the mechanical structure of the backhoe working device of the backhoe loader,introduces the backhoe hydraulic system and its main hydraulic components in detail,analyzes the working principle of the backhoe hydraulic system and its main hydraulic components,and the backhoe of the backhoe loader.Through analysis and research,it is proved that the one-way relief valve has remarkable effect in reducing the impact of rotation.2.Based on AMESim software,the model of the one-way relief valve and the rotary hydraulic system at the excavation end is established,which can accurately reflect the dynamic performance of the one-way relief valve and the rotary hydraulic system at the excavation end.By setting the corresponding parameters,the model is simulated and analyzed,and then the dynamic characteristics of the rotary hydraulic system under different rotation conditions are obtained,and the rotation process is explained The reason for the rotary impact at the middle digging end.3.By setting sensors at each measuring point of the hydraulic system,the pressure time curves of the left and right rotary cylinders under different rotating conditions are obtained through the experimental test of the hydraulic system at the digging end under different rotating conditions.The experimental results not only verify the accuracy of the simulation model and the simulation results,but also explain the dynamic of the hydraulic system during the rotating process in detail The state characteristics provide a reference for the design and improvement of the backward turning hydraulic system.
