Laser cracking technology is a new processing technology.Compared with traditional processing,it not only reduces processing procedures and finishing equipment,but also improves product quality and reduces production costs.New technology brings new problems.If the dregs size of cylinder block is larger than the set value,the workpiece will be discarded directly,which directly affects the cost.In this paper,MC series diesel engine and ALFING laser cracking machine are taken as the research objects.Starting from the dregs data appearing in the actual production process,the causes of dregs dropping are analyzed by SPSS data analysis software.According to the results of SPSS analysis,the dregs phenomenon can be reduced by modifying the equipment.1?Collect and sort out the failure report form of the cracking equipment,make a comprehensive analysis of the details of the failure,maintenance strategy and failure mode analysis and countermeasures,summarize all the factors affecting the dregs from crankshaft hole cracking,and classify the importance of each factor.The dregs data are classified into crankshaft hole,dregs location and defect size according to their attributes.Then the dregs data are imported into SPSS data analysis software.Factor analysis is used to reduce the dimension of the original variable,which is transformed into a new variable with almost all the contents of the original variable through matrix operation;Based on the results of factor analysis,cluster analysis was carried out to simplify all dregs's incidents into two categories,the first one being the research content.The causal diagram is used to show the factors affecting dregs.Each fluctuation process is regarded as a basic event.The non-common factors of all events are found by using the knowledge of probability theory and set theory,the key factors causing dregs are obtained as follows:coaxiality between the cracking rod and the crankshaft hole,crankshaft hole position,iron scraps in the positioning pin hole of the crankshaft hole and material uniformity of the crankshaft box.2?In this paper,the laser indentation mechanism is divided into three stages by using ALFING laser indentation machine tool,and theoretical analysis is made.Then the processing process of laser indentation process 1s analyzed in detail.Summarize the dregs events in processing and improve the equipment to meet the technological requirements:change the rotary bar driver fron pneumatic device to high-precision servo cylinder device,after verification,the location is stable and the marks are smooth;take preventive measures for gregs during equipment maintenance.3?The technology and principle of cracking are analyzed,and the technological requirements for cracking are worked out,and the process flow chart is drawn.Modularized decomposition of the cracking position,partition of functions,and carding the process flow of the cracking process.According to the analysis data of Chapter 2 and the practical work experience,three solutions to dregs are put forward:calculating the size chain of the cracking rod,adjusting the coincidence degree of the cracking center position with the tile cover center position;adjusting the existing cracking mode to the slider type riser to solve the problem of coaxiality between the riser and the crankshaft hole;using the finite element analysis software,advancing each component under the existing working conditions.Analysis of line stress,strain and fatigue to solve the problem of fracture due to fatigue of riser.The research in this paper is of certain reference significance to the unit that adopts the laser cracking technology of crankshaft hole.Under the current trend of the conversion old and new kinetic energy,it is of practical significance to the ugrading of the engine technology in China.
