Gear pump simple structure,high efficiency,low price,as the power components of the hydraulic system,is widely used in machine tools,aviation,shipbuilding and engineering machinery and other industries.However,with the increase of pressure,the internal leakage of the gear pump increased,reduced efficiency,increased noise,seriously affected the performance of the gear pump.In closed workshop,laboratory,ship and vehicle equipment and other applications,gear pump not only need to meet the requirements of efficiency and working pressure,but also meet the requirements of low noise.According to the market demand of low noise gear hydraulic pump,the arc-shaped low noise gear pump was developed.Through the analysis of the source of gear pump noise,it is found that pressure pulsation,cavitation and oil trap are the main causes of gear pump noise.On the basis of in-depth study of gear meshing principle,the existing research results and practical experience are summarized,and the spiral circular arc gear with "arc-involute-circular arc" profile is selected as the gear of the circular arc gear pump with low noise,and the curve equation of the tooth profile of the end face of the spiral circular arc gear is determined.Through design and calculation,the parameters such as modulus,tooth number,width,pressure Angle and helix Angle of the spiral arc gear are determined,and the tooth profile curve of the gear end face is designed and drawn.Based on the equation of tooth profile curve,the fluid pressure and meshing force are analyzed and calculated,and the magnitude and direction of radial force and axial force are obtained.The main parts of the arc-toothed low-noise gear pump are designed and the general assembly drawing and the main parts drawing of the arc-toothed low-noise gear pump are drawn.Developed the main parts of the processing technology,the completion of parts processing and manufacturing.The machining track of tooth shape is simulated,and the machining center is combined to complete the machining and manufacturing of gear shaft.According to the design requirements of assembly drawing and assembly specifications of gear pump,the assembly and debugging of circular arc gear pump prototype with low noise were completed.According to the related standards of the country and the industry,the test scheme of the circular arc gear pump with low noise was developed,and the test bench of the gear pump was developed.According to the test scheme,the efficiency,pressure and noise of the prototype are tested experimentally.By analyzing the test data,it is found that the volumetric efficiency and pressure pulsation of circular arc gear pump with low noise are better than those of involute gear pump.The maximum noise value of arc-shaped low-noise gear pump is 12dB(A)lower than that of involute gear pump.The experimental results show that the developed circular arc gear pump with low noise reaches the design requirements.
