As the most wildly used hydraulic component in the hydraulic system oil source, the work performance of the gear pump directly affects the work efficiency of hydraulic system.At present, the development of the gear pump growing in large flow, integration, variable displacement, high pressure, low noise etc. High pressure gear pump is in the development of construction machinery in the current must be completed, but the high pressure accompanied by some negative effects, for example: the hydraulic radial force becomes large, internal leakage increased, vibration and noise increase etc. So, the problems of high pressure gear pump existenced must be analysised, this paper focuses on how to reduce the noise of high pressure gear pump.This paper based on the CBN-F314 type high pressure gear pump, research for improvement on its structure. The involute tooth profile of the gear changed as cosine tooth profile line, and a reasonable and effective in the floating sleeve is designed on the unloading groove. The use of ‘swept area’ method of instantaneous flow on two kinds of tooth profile of gear formula, and two kinds of tooth profile of gear was simulated by MATLAB software, and the result show that, the instantaneous flow rate using the cosine tooth profile gear pump line to the fluctuation is small compared with the involute tooth profile, and the average flow is relatively large, the smaller the pulsation of the flow rate, pressure ripple is smaller. Though the calculation and graphic method in the floating sleeve is designed on the single hole unloading groove and the duple unload groove, establish high pressure gear pump before and after the improvement of 3D model in Solidworks software, the virtual assemble is established.And the gear pump before and after the improvement of the two-dimensional, three-dimensional flow field was analyzed with FLUENT software, the result shows that, by using the cosine tooth profile gear pump in the same condition the minimum volume of the trapped oil trapped oil pressure value is less than the involute gear pump; Unloading ability is duple unload groove; unloading groove unloading ability is stronger, the impact caused by the phenomenon of trapped oil pressure is small. Finally, the simulation of contact strength analysis of involute gear and gear was carried out by using ANSYS software, the contact strength of involute gear can be better than the cosine gear. Touch strength of gear is stronger, the time of fatigue pitting of gear is longer.
