With the country,s strong support for the urban and rural environmental protection industry,the sweeper,as an important tool for urban and rural road sanitation,has been widely used in urban and rural roads,resulting in a huge market space for the sweeper.Due to the late start of domestic research on sweeper,market research on sweeper shows that there are still some problems to be improved in its key components,such as sweep plate,pick-up head,garbage bin and pneumatic conveying system.Therefore,the design of an economical and practical,efficient sweeper has a great economic efficiency,and to the cleaning and cleaning industry's vigorous development of what important significance.This paper,CAD/CAE technology is introduced into the whole vehicle design,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing design methods,combined with the washing and cleaning vehicle being developed by Shandong Wuzheng environment protection science and technology limited company.Through 3D simulation and physical production verification,the current common problems in the industry were improved,the overall design level of the product was improved,and the development of the sweeper industry was promoted.Mainly completed the following aspects of work:1.The model selection and design of the whole vehicle were carried out,and the model of the washing and sweeping vehicle was established.The adaptive adjustment of the ground pressure of the sweeper is studied and designed,which solves the problems of cumbersome adjustment of the sweeper and severe wear of the sweeper in the industry,reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the service life of the sweeper.2.Through the innovative design of the suction pick-up head crushing mechanism,it can effectively solve the current industrial road cleaning process,because of the long garbage caused by the road surface is difficult to clean and damage the straw,so that the suction pick-up head has a better adaptability to the road surface garbage.3.STAR CCM+ software was used for simulation analysis of pneumatic conveying system.According to the simulation results,the motion state of airflow in pneumatic conveying system was analyzed to verify the reliability of pneumatic conveying system and point out the direction for subsequent product upgrading and optimization.4.The analysis results of STAR CCM+ software were verified by experiments on the existing scrubbers,which proved that the pneumatic conveying system under this design had higher cleaning efficiency and better economic benefits.The experiment proves that the pneumatic conveying system design is reasonable,which can not only improve the product cleaning efficiency,but also effectively avoid the secondary dust pollution,and can obtain good social and economic benefits.
