Recent years, with the advancement of domestic economy, the accelerating ofurbanization, and the living standard of civilians, people’s appealing about the qualityof environment is raising accordingly. Owing to the need of promoting theenvironmental standard and preserve the urban circumstance, authorities areallocating more budget to urban sanitation. As a result, the mechanism and automationof urban sanitation has been widely confirmed. The sweeper, being as a indispensablepart in urban sanitation system, has been used pervasive as well. Among its divergenttype, the absorption type road sweeper occupies95%share of the whole sweepermarket owing to its excellent sweeping and dust removing function.This dissertation aims to conclude the experience of designing and analyzing ona sweeper of a certain style. Firstly, the general designing method about theabsorption type road sweeper. Absorption type road sweeper consists of eight systemsincluding chassis, auxiliary engine, sub-frame, hydraulic system, watering system,electric controlling system, pneumatic conveying system, sweeping system and so on.Chassis, auxiliary engine, hydraulic components and electrical control equipment arethe main outsourcing parts. Sub-frame, pneumatic conveying system and sweepingsystem are the main structural member. The parameter of each system can be work outby general designing parameter. And select the appropriate outsourcing parts throughthe design parameters which have been determined. At last, the bought-incomponents should be confirmed and the matching calculation should be finished atthe same time.Further, make a conclusion about the designing of pneumatic conveying system.Pneumatic conveying system of absorption type road sweeper is made up by five parts:suction nozzle, collecting box, the fan, the dust removing system, and the air duct.Among them, the modeling of suction nozzle and dust removing system are the coreof this period, Suction nozzle and the dust removing system is the core design ofpneumatic conveying system, and its performance will directly decide the work efficiency of sweeping truck. I would take the cyclic pneumatic conveying system asan example, then introduce the parameter of cyclic reverse blowing nozzle andcentrifugal deduster in detail. The size of a nozzle depends on the sweeping width of asweeper and the diameter of the particle of waste. Generally, the size of nozzle is inproportion to the former two factors. Sometimes people will set reverse blowingdevice, which can boost the efficient of dust absorption. In addition, the centrifugaldeduster has been modified based on the normal type, which also considering the sizeof a sweeper and the ability of dust removing.Moreover, theoretical research and simulating analyze of pneumatic conveyingsystem. In terms of theoretical research, I will do some experiment on the physicalcharacter and the flowage of air at first, then focus on the physical character andstartup and suspension mechanism of dust particle, after which can carry out thevolume and pressure of the system. On the part of simulation, adopt the modelingsoftware to build up the model and divide the grid as well as definite the boundarybefore conducting the fluent simulation via CDF. The simulation is rely on finitevolume theory to choose the unstructured grid and use k-ε turbulence model to buildup the analyzing model of the nozzle. By the means of adjust the parameter ofoptimizing project, the effect of the gas flowing field brought by the shifting of thestructure can be confirmed, which make sure the preferable structure.Ultimately, make a conclusion about this whole dissertation, find theshortcomings and make a prediction about the following career.
